GREAT sole support, solid platform, comfortable foot bed, and adjustable top straps. I stayed true to size in these. Typically, I size up in sandals to accommodate for my wide feet, but I didn't need to do that with these. I wear a 7.5 most of the time and stayed with that size with these.
